At We Rock, we offer a variety of birthday party packages that are designed for the specific needs of your loved ones and family, while providing a safe, fun and welcoming environment for the birthday child and your guests.
Our expert team will help guide you through your party planning experience and plan for party favors, birthday cakes (even gluten free), birthday activities, arts & crafts, and more!

What to expect when you plan?
- Please book your party at least two weeks in advance.
- Each party reservation includes a 30-minute setup window before the scheduled start time. Parties will conclude promptly at the scheduled end time.
- Complimentary: Each birthday child will have a personalized birthday sign displayed on TVs in both the Party Room and the Gym with the requested party theme. Tablecloths offered in pink, blue, red or green.
- No shoes allowed on the gym floor. Sock are required to be worn by kids and adults. For your convenience, we have them available to purchase the the counter.
- No food or beverages are allowed on the gym floor (party room only).
- Exclusive catering provided by Bellacino’s Pizza and Grinders. Outside snacks, drinks, desserts, balloons/decorations are allowed. Call or email us to learn more about partnerships with Sweet Home Cakery, StowNut Donut & Diner, and Let’s Get Poppin’ by Ashly.
- No alcohol or vaping allowed in the building.
- No glitter, confetti or gum allowed in the building.
Birthday Party Packages Pricing
All packages listed below include a 2-hour duration (90 minutes of playtime, 30 minutes of food/dessert). Additional time + add-ons availalbe. Please call or email us to inquire.
A $150 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance for your party will be due on the day of your event.
ROCK BASIC

- Available on weekdays and limited weekend hours.
- up to 10 children (maximum of 12 adults).
- Private Use of Party Room only. Main Gym is open to the public.
- Staff assistance with setup, cleanup, and as needed.
ROCKSTAR UNIQUE
$375
- Only available for children with special needs.
- Up to 15 children
- Private and Full Use of Party Room and Main Gym.
- Staff assistance with setup, cleanup, and as needed.
ROCKSTAR
$450
- Up to 25 children ($13 for each additional child).
- Private and Full Use of Party Room and Main Gym.
- Staff assistance with setup, cleanup, and as needed.

Cancellation or Rescheduling:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your party, please notify us as soon as possible.
Parties canceled or rescheduled more than one week (7 days) before the scheduled event date will not incur any charges
For parties canceled or rescheduled between 48 hours and one week before the scheduled event date, you must reschedule for an available date. Alternatively, you have the option to apply the remaining balance towards Open-Play or Rock Shop credits.
No-Show:
If you fail to notify us of your cancellation and do not show up for your scheduled party, you will be charged the remaining balance of the party package.

We believe in keeping our precious ones healthy and safe. Our gym is cleaned daily at the end of the day with only green products.
